Staff Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Rehabilitation Services (Part-time/Full-time)

Enabling Access Inc. is a private practice occupational therapy company that has been operating for 15 years and is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are a leading OT company, providing services in the areas of rehabilitation, and workplace health and inclusion.

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, dynamic, organized and self-motivated OT to join our team within our clinic and community-based pediatric rehabilitation program. As a Staff OT, the successful candidate will be responsible for an existing and growing caseload of pediatric clients.

Pediatric Caseload:

Children and adolescents with neurodiversities including developmental delays, autism spectrum, sensory and behavioural regulation issues, learning disabilities, attention deficit and hyperactive disorder, down syndrome, FASD, mood disorders, acquired brain injuries/concussions, and more.

  • Registered in good standing with COTM
  • Must have at least 1 year of pediatric OT experience in hospital or community rehab setting
  • Must be available for day-time hours, at least 4 days a week and have flexibility to accommodate parents with occassional evening or weekend sessions
  • Must have computer, printer, cell phone, vehicle and be willing to travel within Manitoba (occasional day trips driving to rural communities)
Additional Experience in any the following specialties is appreciated:
  • Neurological (Spinal Cord Injury and Brain Injury) 
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health 
  • School-based Therapy
