Wage: $41.19 to $47.75

Mental Health Services: Using a strength-based approach and a variety of therapeutic interventions, we help prepare our clients for successful stay at work/return to work experiences following disability, injury, or changes in cognitive and mental health, and empower them to make functional improvements to enhance well-being.

Opportunities in other service areas: Adult Rehab Services, Workplace Services and Accessibility Services with formal training provided.


Professional Development and Support: We are proud to offer paid professional development training opportunities for the successful candidate to build on foundational skills. Indigenous Cultural Safety Training is included in our core competency training provided along with general orientation and training. Ongoing clinical support provided by Senior OTs.


Requirements and Experience

• Must be registered in good standing with COTM
• Must have minimum 2 years OT clinical experience providing mental health services in

hospital or community-based service.
• Must have proficient computer skills and report writing skills.
• Must have reliable vehicle, laptop computer, printer, and cell phone • Must have minimum daytime availability to work .5 EFT

Adult Rehab Services: Using a strength-based approach we help our clients who have physical, cognitive and mental health illness or disability to optimize ability and inclusion. Duties include conducting wheelchair/seating assessments, home assessments, personal care assessments, cognitive assessments, and home/office ergonomic assessments.

Administrative & Customer Support (Permanent Position)

Wage: $20-$22/hour

Administrative Duties: Coordinates and maintains our well-established centralized intake and staff work assignment systems; Onboards new customers and books clinic space for OT services; Maintains web-based CRM with customer and prospect contact and communications; Special project administrative contributions; Social media campaign contributions under the direction of the CEO.


Customer Support Duties: Responds to inquiries from prospects and customers via phone, email, web forms and chat; Directs communication to appropriate staff using online phone system and email; administers e-mail campaigns and surveys; Receives customers upon appointment at our clinic and manages point of sale payments as needed.


Opportunities in other service areas: Sales and Marketing tasks as directed by CEO. 

 

Requirements and Experience

  • Must have excellent computer skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office 365 
  • Must have minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Business Administration certificate or diploma preferred
  • Experience in healthcare setting, sales, or hospitality is an asset
  • Must have minimum daytime availability to work .5 EFT
